Black Volt Amplification Return Policy

 

Black Volt Amplification allows you to return a product(s) within seven (7) days upon receipt. 

Returns must be sent back in original packaging and shipping insurance is encouraged as we are not responsible for lost packages. The following restock fees will be assessed after the product(s) have been returned:

• 15% restock fee for standard products.
• 20% for custom made products.  

Defective Products: In the rare event that a Black Volt Amplification product is defective, we will do our best to replace or remedy the product(s). Should you choose to return the product(s) for a refund, Black Volt Amplification will pay for shipping back and your order will be refunded once returned. If returned product(s) are not deemed defective, the following restock fees will be assessed:

• 15% restock fee for standard products.
• 20% for custom made products.
