Black Volt Amplification Return Policy

 

Black Volt Amplification allows you to return certain products within three (3) days of receipt. 

Custom made products are individualized and cannot be returned.

Custom items are made per order and are not eligible for return if customer decides that he / she no longer wants the product. 

Return of non custom items.

Customer must pay shipping and returns must be sent back in original packaging and shipping insurance is encouraged as we are not responsible for lost / damaged packages. The following restock fees will be assessed after the product(s) have been returned:

• 20% restock fee for standard products. 

Defective Products: In the rare event that a Black Volt product is defective ( This Does Not Include Damaged In Shipping) we will do our best to remedy the problem before it is returned for a refund. Remedy can include replacement, remote trouble shooting or Black Volt paying for a local tech to assess and remedy the issue. If the problem is not repairable and you then choose to return the defective product(s) for a refund, Black Volt Amplification will pay for shipping back and your order will be refunded once returned.

If returned product(s) are not deemed defective, the following restock fees will be assessed:

20% Standard Item

50% Custom item

Damaged in Shipping

If any Black Volt product is damaged in the shipping process we will do our best to repair or replace it. Black Volt has no control over the reliability of any shipping company and cannot be held responsible for damages caused by them.
