Each Sequoia is meticulously hand-built and hand-wired, one at a time, in our Woodstock, New York workshop using premium components, time-honored techniques, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

The Sequoia is currently on stages around the world with Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts, where bassist Corey McCormick relies on it as part of his live touring rig on the Love Earth World Tour. Corey also performs nightly with his custom Black Volt bass, making the entire signal chain a true expression of the Black Volt philosophy.

Approximately 70 watts of tube power (equivalent of 500 watts of solid state power)

Speaker cabinet and head are separate .

Speaker Cabinet options - 1X12" - 1x15" or 4x10"

Controls- Volume - Treble - Bass - Presence hi frequency and XXX Gain Channel for more grit and brightness

Solid reclaimed American hardwood cabinet. Hardwood mitered spline joinery for solid wood corner to corner. 

Authentic vintage blanket or grill cloth material included.

Every Black Volt amplifier is custom-built by hand in our Woodstock, New York workshop. Please allow approximately 3–5 months for your amplifier to be completed.
